In order to recognize the remarkable contribution of long time employees
by bringing new experiences and creating training opportunities
internationally, the scheme of Long term service award has been
improved.

The second time in Japan, I didn’t feel surprised as 10 years ago, but
Tokyo has changed a lot in comparison with 2009 ~ 2010. The biggest
difference is that most public transport such as trains, metro ..., etc.
and the sightseeing spots have been added in English and interestingly
that some places have Vietnamese (of course not formal). It seems that
everything is ready to welcome the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.

And of course I did not forget to visit the famous places that I did not
have the opportunity to visit 10 years ago such as Tokyo Sky Tree (one
of the prominent projects of Obayashi) or Fuji Mount…. I will definitely
return to Japan on a suitable occasion with my family instead of going
alone like this trip.
