The purpose of this Manual book is to help OVC employees deeply understand FIDIC contract forms, Contract conditions & standards, Particular conditions, Construction law & related laws. It is also necessary for the General conditions to be amended to comply with mandatory laws, OVC’s conditions that apply to the different sites or to comply with the governing law of the contract and the unique features of the specific project... We hope that this manual book would help OVC employees pay attention to the important issues, apply them to their work and take responsibility in case the requirements are not met, as well as avoid losses and damages to OVC.
