Job Description
- Prepare design drawings in AutoCAD software
- Coordinate with the related parties to advance the design
- Make and check subcontractor’s performance related to the design
(from the bidding stage till handover under the management of team leader)
- Communicate and solve problems directly with site engineers and subcontractors
- Check the construction site during construction period (rarely)
- Other tasks as assigned by superiors
Job Requirement
- Male/Female from 27 to 35 years old
- University degree with Architect major, GPA: 7.0/10
- Knowledge of Building regulations, construction drawings
- Good communicate in English (TOEIC >600)
- Proficiency in Auto CAD software; skill of Revit is an advantage
- Have 4 years’ experience of Architecture design
- Good communication with other Departments
